Daily Rates include:

  • Services of a licenced Professional Hunter.
  • Trained Skinner, Tracker and Slaughtering Facilities.
  • 4x4 Hunting vehicle for the duration of your safari.
  • Luxurious Accommodation during your stay with us.
  • Breakfast: Toast, Cereal, or Fresh Fruit will be served.
  • Lunch: A lunch box will be taken with to hunting field, or otherwise you will have lunch at lodge.
  • Dinner: We serve a full gourmet dinner at night.
  • Wine, beer and alcohol served moderately.
  • Soft drinks or bottled water during day when hunting.
  • Laundry is done on a daily basis.
  • Field preparation of trophies (skinning, salting )
  • Transportation of trophies to the local taxidermist.

  • Daily Rates exclude:

  • Trophy fees of animals bagged or wounded.
  • Hotel accommodation before and after the safari.
  • Packing, dipping and shipping of trophies to final destination.
  • Any flights during the safari.
  • Any medical expenses (ensure own medical insurance)
  • Rifle hire on request.
  • Gratuities, normally 10%

  • Method of Payment:

  • A 50% Deposit on the total daily rates is needed to book the Safari, the balance of daily rates is payable on commencement of the safari.
  • Cash US Dollars, Traveller cheques, Visa and MasterCards are also welcome.
  • Accounts must be settled in full before leaving camp.
  • Please note, NO Personal  cheques is accepted.
  • There will be no refunds on cancellations. Dates booked as per contract will be paid for in full.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • All rates are quoted in US $ (dollars).
  • Any travelling day between states / hunting areas will be considered a hunting day.
  • Any client wishing to fly between areas is responsible for his own airfare.
  • Whilst all reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure the safety of client, observers and their belongings, we the company Kudu Rust Safaris accept no responsibility for any illness, accident or loss of whatsoever nature, arising during and after the safari.
  • Value added tax (VAT) of 14% at present, is payable on all daily rates and transportation.
  • Any animal wounded will be paid in full: if blood, hair, bone or stomach fluid is found.
